Rachael Flanagan

Attorney

Rachael Flanagan joined Sobel Legal with nearly two decades of legal experience. After spending 15 years as a paralegal to distinguished trial attorneys in Tennessee and Florida she accepted a scholarship to Barry University School of Law where she served as the managing editor of the Barry Law Review and graduated magna cum laude in the top 10% of her class.

Following law school, Rachael returned to South Florida and joined Sobel Legal bringing with her the experience gained from working with hundreds of personal injury and medical malpractice clients. Rachael credits her passion for the law to the amazing mentors she has had along the way who continuously inspired her to “fight for the little guy.” At Sobel Legal, she puts this passion to work advocating for her clients against defendants and their insurance companies. Rachael enjoys the investigation process of complex civil litigation and compares it to putting together a jigsaw puzzle. “Clients come to us because they have been hurt. It is our job to know how, and where, to look for the pieces of the puzzle that will allow our clients to receive compensation for their injuries which, oftentimes, have drastically changed their life forever.” Rachael also believes a key component to any case is personal contact with her clients and takes the time to keep her clients informed with straightforward information as they navigate through the civil litigation process together.

When she is not working, Rachael enjoys time with family and friends, home improvement projects, volunteer work, and spending time with her rescue-Chihuahua, Diesel.
